Morning all,
Is there any sense in using Google Takeouts (the data archive function) as a backup? There's a seven day limit for how long the archive is available for, but if one is created routinely say every 6th day, would that make for a decent backup option? This is leaving it on Google as an archive, not downloading it each time. Or are Takeouts treated the same on your account as everything else, essentially making this like having a backup of a hard drive's contents on that very same hard drive?
Pick this apart as much as desired!
