I search for something and it returns no results, or just links. Well odd.

I had a time-out about 15 mins ago when logging into my Google Apps account. Everything is fine now though.

Have you tried reinstalling?

well, this is strange. its working perfectly for me, however, down for everyone or just me says its down.

try using www.google.co.uk

instead of

www.google.gay

altavista browsed to via netscape navigator.... searches working fine for me here.
