Thx PC, thats the plan, I am just debating making vs buying, so costing up.

The issue for me is the odd size we are allowed (2.5x3m) virtually no one makes this size so if I buy 2x3 I am losing 20% of the space.

Screwfix dont have the 50mm which I agree looks about spot on, online its available though but will check out a decent builders merchant to see whats there.

I work for the group who own Peak Pipe Systems. No idea how much they charge for what you're after but it might be worth a call and going direct if you need a fair amount.

its just standard plastic pipe, Polyethylene (PE). go to any plumbing wholesale place(plumbcentre etc.) and they will have coils off various lengths and diameter

I built this tunnel on my allotment and used 20mm plastic electrical conduit pipe if I remember rightly. I glued couplings in the middle of two 3m sections to make a 6m sections. You could use t junctions and three ways though and fit pipe along the top for a much sturdier construction.
