Deadlift, Bench and Squat?

I know but how many reps, 5?,8?,10?. I bench about 105KG-110KG for 5 reps, but mainly stick to 8-10 reps now. Haven't squatted or deadlifted in a while due to hurting my back, basically fell a few weeks ago and I just get lower back pain and I feel it when doing squats and deadlifts. Other lifts, dumbell bench 35kg each hand for 10 reps as thats the highest the gym has. Lat pulldown about 142KG with palms facing though as the bar is crap, I already told people it was my mate that did it on 178KG but no one listens so im past caring. Anyway im not bothered if I don't have the strength of coleman or whatever, but guess what I don't want to look like coleman either!
 
lol I aint the one who comes on and trolls forums with stupid remarks you have done a pretty good job of digging the whole your now in :) Does that take 5hrs a day too? :)

Stupid remarks? what you talking about lol? I do go for 5 hours on a couple of the days.
