No sorry, we have shipped all the units that arrived yesterday, or allocated them and they are shipping today.

Don't despair though I've got more on the way.

The only ETA I've got from LG though is we'll get them "this month".

This batch was delayed until next week. Should be able to fulfill 80% of all pre-orders before Halloween.

If you miss out in October I have a date of "Early November" for the rest of the pre-orders currently on the books.
 
I'm on leave today but I've just popped on and forced through most of the back orders as some stock had landed today.

If you've pre-ordered and don't receive yours tomorrow, from what I understand the schedule to be, you should receive yours by the end of next week at the latest!

Yeah, hold tight, the truck doesn't leave ours until around 19:30 and I guess should land around 20:00 as per @nlel1975

Our ETA is currently alst week of November.

This stock should cover 95% of pre-orders.

Haven't got a date for any more after that yet unfortunately.

The information I received on the 16th changed as instead of 6 pallets being received today to cover the majority of pre-orders the disty only received 2 pallets and shipped us those. I've forced through the orders which that stock covers.

Those customers early enough on in the queue should receive their monitors between tomorrow and Tuesday (depending upon their delivery preference and the state of our warehouse and DPD, in this, the busiest of periods).

I'm read in the news that Folkestone port is currently screwed (with a combination of Brexit stockpiling, xmas/peak quantitys of stock, and huge PPE shipments landing). These news/rumours are backed up by what I am hearing and seeing from distributors. I imagine this situation and the knock on effects down other ports and the haulage/supply chain is causing some uncertainty at the moment.

Take any eta for stock (at OCUK or elsewhere) with a huge pinch of salt.

More places being in lockdown exacerbates the difficulties from increase in goods traffic due to brexit stockpiling and ^ PPE imports.

More traffic needs more workers, however more people are off work at the docks and in haulage companies due to having to isolate.
 
We did have 2 pallets land last week.

Got another 20 landing this week and another 24 landing next week.

Everyone who has pre-ordered should have theirs shipped by next Friday no matter where they are in the queue.

I don't want to give any cast iron guarantees with how busy our warehouse and DpD will be.

I only know we have booking slots in place to receive enough stock to cover everybody by the end of the week ending 4th December.
 
We have another couple of pallets coming on Monday. This stock means hopefully we can fulfill orders taken up to 11th November.

Still leaves us with 80 orders to fulfill. I'm trying to get further information on when the next stock intake will be but the message I'm getting is that it's chaos at the ports, and then knock on effects at distribution.

Please take any ETA's with a grain of salt. Including the one above!

Please don't webnote or email asking for queue place, or ETA, etc as the situation is fluid and the guys in sales have enough to deal with at the moment.

I'll keep posting info here as and when i get it.

I've heard I should have some info about January and February stock intakes at some point in the next 1 or 2 weeks.

Sorry I don't have any further/definite information currently!

Heard today we'll be getting a pallet of these this month so not enough to fulfill all pre-orders unfortunately.

Should be here towards the end of the month, if you have received one to cover your order you'll get an email when your order ships.
 
As far as I'm aware we are fulfilling in date order.

I've just had a look and it has only happened on 4 occasions out of 500 orders that haven't shipped in date order so it will just be isolated incidents of sales or warehouse getting trigger happy. 1 of them was because they had ordered a new system with it and we will have had to ship them all together.

Mistakes unfortunately will happen. but 99% have been fulfilled in date order.

No more updates currentl;y on eta for next batch. Hoping to get some more info today.
