Got a cheap spec

a friend brought me something from China for 361.33 pounds as following

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 *OEM*
Corsair DDRII XMS2-5400C4 2x1024 (2GB)
Nvidia 7600GT OC 256MB
Gigabyte DS4

will this spec work well together? if yes, i will order harddisk, case, psu, dvd-rw,etc..
