6Gb versions? Wouldn't bother with the 3Gb versions..... Not enough VRAM for the sheer power they have imo....

No they're not. Link?
UPDATE 12/4/2013 3pm CT: EVGA responded to our inquiry on the EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Kingpin Edition and informed us that it would have higher clock speeds than the standard Classified version, that it is aimed at LN2 cooling users and that it is just 3GB contrary to what the rumors have said. So, no 6GB version is to be had here.

I'm only running a GTX 780 and I hit 2.5-2.8Gb on BF4 at 1440p...
I can see the 780 and 780ti aging quite poorly because of the memory.
I don't reckon it would make that much difference at all to the OC results by having 6GB instead of 3GB? Bigger chips = slower. Classifieds are aimed at overclocking enthusiasts primarily. Albeit there MAY be 6GB versions later, it doesn't make sense to put 6GB on a card which is supposed to be faster than the GTX.

As it would just be an extra 3GB of the same memory chips as what already on the card..
Pro clockers use custom BIOSes that shut off excess VRAM. It makes a difference and these are clocking cards...
Kingpin flashed his Titans to only use 3GB and ignore 3GB... Nuff said![]()
