¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I found this in the garden a minute ago:

Now, normal sized ones I just chop up and use in a stir fry.

What on earth can I do with this monstrosity? Anyone know any good courgette based recipes?

Finally, what the difference between a courgette and a marrow?

You could either put it in a ratatouille or you could put it in the bin, cos it mings.

Paint it brown and leave it as an unsuspecting gift in the upstairs lav, seriously though how can you just find that? You must have tended to it gor years to get it that big, when was the last time you went in the garden :)

TBH, move that rag and wipe the crumbs, it'll make a world of difference and take you 45 seconds :p Cleaning the hob is a 10 minute job too.

Roasted courgette is nice on Pizza :) And kebabs. And in a pasta bake.

Put the thing in the bin cos courgette taste like dump.

Must say, love the paint it brown idea, cept stick it in one of the pans at your workplace to see what sort of a stir it causes..!!

Ugh, whatever you do, try cleaning that disgusting kitchen first.
I plan to once I've had some lunch. :p

Ratatouille is a good call - It looks less minging now I've washed the mud off. :) I've got 5 slices frying away right now.

I saw it around 1 month ago, and remember thinking "That's a bit big...", then forgot about it, until today (it now twice the size it was in Aug)!
:D

Stuff it...

Slice the courgette into slices about 3cm thick and cut out the seeds.

Make some chilli (without the chilli powder) if you know what I mean.

Place meat into the holes in the slices and cover with a thick cheese sauce. Cook for about 30 minutes.

Kind of but I put tomato passata in bolognese but don't in chilli !

D'oh - leave out the chilli beans as well !

sorry to upset you but that is now a marrow.

A courgette is a immature marrow.

So roasted stuffed marrow

cut it into 3 smaller cylinders hollow stuff with mince and roast until tender.
