As title I have bought both the big FPS games this year... but it seems I have FPS fatigue, I doubt it will be a waste of money as these will be the games i will keep coming back to. I don't feel guilty about these purchases as I know I will eventually sink 100+ hours into both (unless secret world turns out to be good).

I am however feeling incredibly guilty about my large list of unplayed single player games on steam. And I have set myself a rule that I must finish 2 single player games each time before i buy a new one to try and curb the spending and get my monies worth. I must have around 50 unfinished and 20 not even downloaded yet. Problem is right now I want Batman, Skyrim and Anno 2070!

I am playing through the second Prince of Persia game (warrior within) and will finish Witcher 2 (which i am about half way through) before deciding which of the above to buy, probably Batman.

Anyone else have a similar guilt issue and anyone taking radical measures?

Got a list of 30+ single player games that needed to be played on Steam b4 I can proceed with BF3.

List includes:

Deus Ex: HR
Skyrim
Warhammer 2 series
Magicka
Metro 2033
King's Bounty
Amneisa

etc..

Started playing King's bounty recently.

Damn u steam and your lovely deals!

Guess you're not the only one with a backlog of singleplayer games to go through.

Got 3 kds now and 120 games on steam most recent being skyrim and a ps3 with lots of games No time to play them or and a wii and recently bought xenoblade chronicles.lol got enough games to last me 3 or 4 years I reckon

Lol I also have a load of games in my steam collection to play/complete.
I have around 50 unplayed games, but I can't help myself from snatching up all the nice shiny games on steam sales.

I keep running back to Quake 2 and UT Classic I have to admit.

Very few newer games actually hold me at all

I mean, my son has MW, MW2 and now MW3 but I personally cannot really see why the hell he wanted them since he is playing online... Are they any different online? Different maps yeah, but apart from that, was it worth the cost?

Whats wrong with Yars Revenge on the 2600 eh? Tell me that!

Hell, where's me pension book?

I've pretty much given up buying full priced games at present as I have enough to keep me going without them ;) Especially with that Valve pack.

And talking of popcap games (see what I did there), I've recently ploughed about 42 hours into Plants vs Zombies :D but that was 5UB's fault as he gave the damn addictive game to me! :p
