Great idea!
Why not get a better looking fish tank, instal fake plants and fake tropical fishes and mod it with some neon lightings? It will turn your cooling system into an art piece :p
 
haha yeah, next thing up is watercool the NB, since i moved the case from under the desk to the top the NB fan noise is huuugely noticeable.
currently a noctua nc-u6 with silly loud akasa fan
 
haha, LOVE the car radiator and desk fan combo. would have been better with a fis tank though... :P
 
wow i must say tha looks messy but awesome :D watercooling eat ur heart out. the only thing id do is ad some nice fish or run pipe from a pond out in ur garden to ur comp now that would be cool.

I don't think desk fans are particularly quiet... or big poweful pumps for that matter.

Personally I would have spent to time tidying the cables, probably would have lowered the temps a bit (not that 52c load was at all hot).

But that's just me I guess :p

And I bet you if all the WaterCooling guys got together they could come up with a great home brew WC kit
