Me and the artist both designed it. I gave him what I wanted. He did his own style on it. Few designs later and I was happy with it and got that. I seen him draw it so it's 100% a copy.

But seriously, what great art and music HASN'T been copied?

Can you copyright a tattoo design? If not, nothing you can do but maybe... be glad someone liked it enough to do it again.
