:mad:ok so today a delivery box arrived from ocuk to a clients office, with an

invoice for 109.99p for 2 kits of corsair memory that was ordered.

inside the box is only the invoice and no memory.

question is who has scammed us, someone in ocuk packing department or the

delivery people?

and most of all how do we go about getting either the memory or the money

back?

Well you would either contact OcUK directly either in person or by phone (both details are located on the OcUK Homepage) or open a support ticket in the relevant forum.

why not? just asking for tips from others on how to deal with the situation. need to know if its the shop i deal with or the courier. im guessing its the shop.

meh too much typing involved with the latter option, i will get the client to ring in and sort it out. good thing he ordered on credit card i guess.

/on a side note i do suspect fatboy since his sig showed he had 4gig ram a few days ago and now he has 8gig lol :)

Give them a call I'm sure OCUK will look into it. Accusing people of scamming is a little harsh especially before you know what's happened. Did the package look like it had been opened and re-sealed?

It could simply be human error, not malicious intent.

So am I right in thinking you ordered it to be delivered straight to a client? could it not be your client trying to scam you?

In all situations like this it is up to the shop to get the goods to you; delivery is their responsibility. As mmj says though, how do you know your clients aren't scamming you?

it was ordered on clients credit card so no i doubt he would scam himself since i went over to the office to check the packaging out.
