I ordered a DX Racer Formula series chair. I assembled it but the screw underneath the chair that makes the back of the chair more loose so you can lean / rock does not work. It screws to the point of tightening but it doesnt do anything to the back of the chair.
Not only that but they sent my chair 3 days late when I paid for next day delivery.
Having paid that much for a chair id expect it to work. How do I fix this problem?
