Got some PC bits left over, Need help

Got some bits left over and I've decided to make another PC out of it.
Antec900
Enermax 535w PSU
2GB GIEL 3200
7300GT<----Will hopefully pick up a better GPU from MM
HDD
DVD Drive

This will be a gaming PC with a 19 inch monitor (1280/1024)
Counterstrike source
Battlefield 2
Freelancer
Budget is about 100 pounds

So I just need a mobo and a CPU.Not bothered if its Intel or AMD as long as its a dual core.I was hoping to save yet more money by using the RAM I have here but after looking at the AM2 mobos there all DDR2

If you really want to reuse that RAM you could try to scrape up an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe and some socket 939 dual core Opteron or X2, 3800+ to 4800+. They're on the MM pretty frequently.

I have the E4300 on an ASROCK 4CORE VSTA, takes AGP, PCI-E, DDR and DDR II.

With what you have listed it would be fine for BF2, I was using an 9800 Pro, and got a 7300GT for the Shader Model 3 (Bioshock Demo).
