Got to ask "i need help"

I have an Asus P8P67PRO-B3 and Gigabyte P67A-UD4-B3 had the chip on the asus for literally 2 mins and didnt like it so now back on the UD4.
Now the question is if 5.350 is my max on the Gigabyte board is it worth putting the chip back in the asus and trying to see if it will go higher or is that the chips max.

With SB the limiting factor will be the CPU and not the motherboard as a rule. You might find some slight variations between max with different boards. 10MHz here or there. But statistical that is not significant.

I did read that somewhere else, it's like 90% of it from the cpu and 10% from the mobo.

Thank you 1day for your help yes2day, :).

I'm now stable at 4.7Ghz @ 1.33v with LLC it takes me to 1.36v.

Thank you 1day.
