Got water under my floorboards and found this.

Turns out it was an old central heating pump but was just left under the floorboards and not connected to anything.

After more investigations and potential solutions, I think I have found the source of my water.
Next doors rain water drain was leaking into the ground and making its way under into my house and as my house is lower than theirs it found it’s lowest level.
