As an ex smoker of 30 years I’m all up for encouraging people to quit, but banning it in outside areas seems a bit much imo.
Of course none of what’s been suggested in the above tweets may come to fruition.
Indeed, but after the announcement of the winter fuel allowance being cut for 10M pensioners and now this, one has to wonder who’s advising him on these policies, when there’s far far bigger issues to deal with. It's a distraction, this isn't on anyone's list of priorities.
Cyclists and vegans, probably. And who is such a wet blanket that they actually give a crap if someone is smoking outside?
Yup, but imagine the trouble that could be caused by an employer suggesting to an employee that they’re too porky or that their lifestyle isn’t up to scratch.Sounds a bit like what they do in Japan which actually works quite well and puts some responsibility on the employer to look out for their employees health and well-being.

ii) Employees will be forced to work in the contaminated area.
iii) Employees will be forced to clean up the toxic waste left in the contaminated area.
I quit a few years ago after the doc thought I possibly had throat cancer. He's a smoking motorist.
