GPT Protective Partition Recover Files

Anyone know how to access a GPT Protective Partition on a Windows 10 PC to recover files as tried converting to MBR which doesn't work as the drive is 4TB and think the limit is 2TB

Have also tried a Linux live CD but that didn't work

Partition magic will do it (boot cd)

There is an older version of it on hirens boot cd
