If i were you i would right click on several folders, security tab and check to see you don't have an foreign accounts authorised in your folder structures.
I had the same Bitcoin Trojan on my computer a few weeks ago, i thought i had got rid of it but later with further investigation i had found external accounts networking my computer.
I riped my OS to pieces and broke it by manually pulling all of that junk out, had to reinstall.
