However if left at stock, 925/1250 and power line is left and stock (0%) and not increased the card will throttle. It can be solved by setting the power line at +20%. Then you won't see throttling again unless you overclock up to and beyond 1100 core.
This is why 95% of all benchmark results have a 7950 boost performing poorly or maybe 1-2 fps faster than a stock 7950 at 800/1250. You then counter that against Nvidia boost, which is designed to inflate benchmark scores and you have a problem that AIB's/AMD should have addressed. Its also why when you clock both cards up and remove that throttling issue the 7950 will always be faster.
