What is the card you have?

Assuming it's PCI-x 2/3, should be fine.

As long as it is a PCI Express card then yes.

It will work perfectly fine. DDR3 refers to the RAM rather than video card memory.

Memory DDR and Graphics card DDR are different and seperate..

That motherboard will accept all Graphics GDDR (Graphics DDR) aslong as it uses a PCI-E Lane.

The Only memory DDR support is DDR3.

Ram on the gnu and system ram has nothing todo with each other, as long you have the correct slot you be fine.

Z77 mobo's support PCI-e 3.0 which is compatible with just about any graphics card you can buy. there also backwards compatible with the PCI-e 2.0 and 1.0 cards, the ram on your GPU has nothing to do with the opperation of your mobo so dont worry about it.
