GPU Cooler

It's often hard to determine which aftermarket coolers will fit non reference cards, I'm assuming it's not reference as it doesn't have the typical radial blower fan.

There are a few solutions out there that'll probably work.

The Gelid Icy Vision 2, the Arctic Accelero twin turbo, possibly the Arctic Accelero Mono but I don't know if that one would be much of an upgrade over your stock fan. The Arctic Accelero S1 apparently supports 6850 but you might need the turbo module (fans)

You'd be lloking at £30.

Easy to fit. Remove your existing cooler by undoing a few screws, mount some RAM sinks and fit the new cooler. Simple.

There are higher end graphics coolers but they'd be wasted on a 6850, such as Alpenfoen Peter, Arctic Accelero Xtreme Plus, Thermalright Shaman. £40-£50.

This used to be the go to option for a lot of cards but I don't know if it supports newer cards.

Best bet is to have a look around on google to see if somebody else has managed to replace the cooler on this card, since as above due to being non reference design I'm not sure which if any of those after market coolers would fit correctly...
 
Cheers for the reply guys. I was having a look at the cooler linked and though that small fans are noisy so would there be much difference?

Will take the card out tonight and post some pics to see if its possible.
