Yeah, I fired up Hitman Absolution the other night for the first time and whilst not fully maxed out settings it can run it much higher than I expected, @ 1080p of course.

Core will give more fps, the FPS gain from memory overclocking is negligible however overclocking memory can help with texture loading.
Personally I run 1202 core (up from 915mhz stock) and 7008mhz memory clock (Up from 6008mhz) on both of my 670's and the memory while not improving FPS in any measurable way does improve the general texture loading of games to the point that I can tell the difference between stock and oc'd memory
