GPU first in the loop or CPU?

Just piping up my loop now in my new Fractal Design Node 804 ( Amazing case by the way )

Now the neatest looking route for the pipe work would be having my 290 cooled before my 3770k but I'm worried about the temps on my 3770k as the 290 is a hot running card and surely will affect the running temperatures of my 3770k?

I can put the 3770k first it's just a bit of extra work and a slightly longer run of pipe.

So would the 3770k be ok being cooled after the 290?

I went Res/pump combo > 4790k > 360mm XSPC rad > GTX 780 > 240mm rad

That way the water is passing through a rad before it goes to the CPU or GPU, I don't know if it makes a difference but it sounds like it should. :p

As the others have said loop order doesn't matter, I'd be surprised to see a 1 degree difference between the warmest and coolest point in a loop

So should I go

240mm Thermochil rad > 240mm XSPC rad > CPU > GPU > Res > Pump?

Or

Pump > GPU > 240mm XSPC rad > CPU > 240mm Thermochil rad > res > Pump?
