GPU for ROG Swift.

Hi guys. Currently thinking about upgrading my evga 780ti SC to a new card. I use a rog swift monitor and although I generally get 50fps+ max setting little to no msaa from games I'd like to get the full potential from it. Was thinking of either a Titan X, 2x 980 or wait for the 980ti.
Any opinions would be appreciated.

It's a VRAM issue more than anything really. Can't even run MSAA on GTA V without losing 20fps Or else I would just SLI it.

I'd lean towards a Titan X or GTX980Ti (if/when available)

The TX is a perfect 1440p Swift card.

I'd probably wait for 980ti or 390x if you're not against that and in no rush. They should be out in a couple months I think.

Mate, I run a Titan X with the Swift and it is perfect. The 2 were made for each other.

Wait to see if the 390x provokes a 980 ti response so you can save a few quid. If the 780ti's ram is so much of an issue that you cant wait then get the TX now.

You're not getting that on GTA5. At least not consistently.

Currently get 70-80 with my 780ti no anti aliasing though.

Mostly open world. Far Cry, GTA, skyrim, etc.

I am glued to GTA but no chance of 90+ with everything maxed but with 4XMSAA and everything ultra, I am getting 50+ in that game (check out my review). FarCry 4 runs well and getting 60+ in that with everything maxed, Skyrim is easy and will run flawlessly.

The toughest games are GTA V and AC:U but with G-Sync, they run so sweet. Even in low frames, it just runs so nice
