GPU glitching after I turned fan speed up.

So I turned the fan speed up on my GPU through MSI Afterburner to see how cool I could get it to run. The only setting that was changed was the fan speed slider.

Now for some reason, I am getting lots of glitching as shown below whenever I do anything on my computer.

What may have caused this and what is a possible fix (other than reinstalling drivers)?
 
Looks like it could be memory issue , that's just my opinion, as I used to get this on my old Gtx 670 if i pushed thé memory to far, try a driver reinstall it is something you should not avoid
