hi everyone i do not no a lot about gpus so i am wandering how you tell when looking to by a gpu how Meany pcie express power conecters a card requires to power it and i now some do not need any see below

so my question is when shopping how do i tell how many pci express connections my psu would need to have to power a card

read the description on the web page would help you in the first instance. If it doesn't state any requirements then it does not need them. :p

5450 = none

6970 = " 1x 8pin and 1x 6pin PCI-E power connectors required (Power Adapters included in box for older PSU's)"
