It will depend on the laptop but as said above it isn't very likely for yours simply because there are very very few laptops that are designed to have a swappable GPU and you will usually pay a premium for the feature and then a further premium for the GPU itself. It is almost certainly a lot less hassle and cheaper to buy the new laptop.
