Hi Guys,

Quick question:
I need a cheap as chips (£50 budget) AGP, passively cooled graphics card which can run a 24" TFT (OCuk Value on offer at the moment).

Wount be used for gaming but will be used for media so HDTV and DVI will be a bonus.

Thanks

HIS does a Radeon HD 2600 Pro with HDMI out. It sounds just about perfect for you expet it's not passively cooled. It does, however, have a nice big cooler which would be rather quiet.

If all else fails, you could strap on a large passive cooler like the AC Accelero S1.

OcUK had a 2400 Pro for about £28 incl. VAT (was here). Should handle 1920 x 1200 easily ;)

That said, GFX have been able to do very high res for quite awhile now, say from around 2000 :)
