GPU panic selling?

Anyone else noticed an abundance of used high end GPUs for sale all of a sudden?

I know a lot of people paid well overall retail (myself included £1050 for a used 6800xt) it looks like a lot of people who over paid are looking to get out while the cards are still selling for over MSRP

Could this be the start of the return to normality?

I guess on the flipside you could consider that despite changes in the cryptomarket, cards are still being sold for big profits. Obviously it could still have further to fall, but should one also be worried that prices are STILL extremely high, EVEN AFTER the much awaited mining profitability drop has landed? It's kind of like, people have been praying for this all year, now it has arrived and the supposed glut of GPUs at bargain-basement prices is yet to materialise. To me it's not really a fire sale when items are being flipped for hundreds of pounds in markup.

I think lots of the sales aren't people trying to flip to make money just people trying to get out of their over priced GPU while it's still selling for somewhere close to what they paid.

Forum and Facebook marketplaces have more GPUs listed now than they have for months.

Still waiting for some panic selling news posts. Maybe people are not panic selling?

I seen another competitor listed a 6700XT for £700. This is a drop of about £50. Currently on that basis I cannot confirm a state of panic selling. To make sure this stays on topic.. what sites are people referencing for this observation? Do second hand sites count (people who have one GPU in one rig will not be selling so I assume its targeted reference, and people who don't really need cards that will be selling)?
