You have to be especially careful when using a conductive material on a piece of hardware like a GPU, you run the risk of killing it if you get it anywhere on the PCB or make a mess, which a lot of people do.

You're best off using MX-2 or MX-3, or any other non-conductive matierial unless you know 100% what you're doing or have previous experience in doing so. Wouldn't want some newb to come along and void his warrenty because he decided to slap AC5 on his GPU and kill it in the process.
