Is there anyway of finding out how much power is being used by a Graphics Card, and how much should be used by it. I'm running an 8800GTX and my PSU is 750w.
 
You shouldn't have any problems with a 750W PSU and a 8800GTX. While there are fairly cheap devices that can show the overall load of your entire PSU i doubt there is a way to measure how much power the GPU is using at a given time that is broadly available, meaning that the component should be quite expensive.
