GPU problems - keeps freezing up!

My faulty 1950 pro keeps locking up with the following try looping 3dmark makes mine lock up

I've sent an email to ATI using the send error report button. Do you have problems in game? Looks like im going to have to RMA!

Problem with mine was the core couldnt run at default speeds, by under clocking the core with ati tray tools by 20mhz made it fine and stable, temps were never an issue. Could well be RMA time for you to.

ah right so you got an RMA too? What manufacturer/model did you have? I'm thinking of going for a HIS Turbo SILENT this time!

Mine was the HIS Turbo SILENT, ordered a Sapphire X1950 Pro ULTIMATE SILENT as a replacement.

Just been reading some reviews on that, looks a very good card. Think I might go for one of those or a 512MB HIS!
