GPU repair viability

I'm actually heading to Ellon on Saturday morning if he fancies meeting half way? Might be there for a few hours. I'm taking one of the cars to a show at Haddo with my son (He's car daft).

I'll happily take a look, get it hooked up and see if I can spot what's causing the issue.
No harm in trying, anyway.
As Tamzzy stated, better to have a working card for resale than a bust one. Happy to help out FOC.

I've actually just bought a 7800xt that's showing similar symptoms of not recognised at all on a system. Not looked at it yet...
