Hey all,
Just upgraded to the EVGA "SuperClocked" GTX 580 and it really is sublime.
At the moment I'm playing Metro 2033 with maximum settings (1920x1080), (bar DoF because it's absolute drivel) and it plays as smooth as anything.
However, I noticed that the card temps got up to around 80C, which does seem rather high, and a little worrying - is it okay to maintain these sort of temps for prolonged periods of time? i.e. playing for 5-6 hours
Should I take the GFX settings down a notch just to keep it cooler?
Thanks in advance!
