@ManCave
I thought it might be interesting for those who undervolted their GPU to post their GPU under-volt Details
So anyone could search this thread to:
  • Get idea of what to expect from their card
  • Get a good starting point
  • share experiences

3090 MSI Gaming X
Stock
1860Mhz @ 0.980Mv with 75C around 350W

After
1860Mhz @ 0.800Mv with 66C around 270W

Here's mine with profiles I set in afterburner:

3080 Asus TUF OC
Stock
1860Mhz @ 1.000mv ~76C, ~340w

Low
1800Mhz @ 0.825mv ~66C, ~250w

Mid
1920Mhz @ 0.875mv ~70C, ~300w

High
1980Mhz @ 0.900mv ~74C, ~320w

What a fantastic idea OP!
Second that!

@smogsy, you going to turn the results into a table if you get enough?
(Pasting tables from excel / word straight into vbulletin works reasonably well as long as don't expect fancy formatting.)

I am particularly interested in undervolting results of high end cards as things like the 3090 and 69x0 are now regularly on offer but I am scared of the spikes, so would only consider those if the spikes can be tamed. Would be cool to have spike results but no way to measure that easily - hence why the good professional reviews invested in testing hardware the past few years.

Good idea but hard to achieve useful results as folks undervolt to achieve different desired results i.e. max performance, noise reduction or balance between both. However my undervolted settings for best performance are 6800XT 1000Mv 2350MHz -6 Power Limit.

When I had my msi 4090 ventus I had an undervolt of 0.900mv @ 2600mhz

It was to try and reduce coil whine but didn't work, it did however seem stable with cyberpunk 2077 at 4k with path-tracing after a couple of weeks, would have liked to have tried portal rtx to see it it was truly stable however.

What is the stock voltage and clock on that?

was in two minds with this,
I think in the end as long as people detail their posts correctly eg
Model
Clock
Voltage
Reason (optional)

then people can search a model number & find multiple results very quickly & it always be correct were as excel will always need updating. something that generally dies after a few months. but if someone wants to do that happy to link that sheet to OP

my RTX 4080 Ventus oc 3x stock clock is 2535 not sure of the stock voltage..

my lowest undervolt so far is..

2640mhz + memory clock of 835 @ 0.935 roughly maxes at 265w

MSI RTX 4090 Suprim X

Undervolt: 2790 MHz @ 990 mV (80% Power Limit) +500 MHz Mem Clock.

OC: 2895 MHz @ 1025 mV (100% Power Limit - I'm using 3x 8-pin otherwise I could've likely pushed it further) +1100 MHz Mem Clock.

Gigabyte 3090 Vision OC
1935mhz
0.875mv

100% stable. Any higher on mhz and start to get crashing at that voltage.

Older games don't go above 59C, more demanding titles can push up to high 60s, although I suspect it is more the vram causing the heat!

Using the following settings on my 7900XTX Pulse and seems game stable;

3050clock
2730mem
-8 on the PL
1090mV undervolt

Running the above as I wanted to find the perf/power sweet spot and seem to have found it, at least for my (4k/120) needs. Cracks 30k Timespy gfx score and uses around 335/340W max which I'm more than happy with.

Is timespy the best (and free)? I see a lot of people here use it.
