GPU upgrade - anything else? £250-400

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU. I'm not sure if it would be worth upgrading anything else. Specs as follows;

AMD ryzen 3 quad core 1200 3.4ghz
Gigabyte AB350 ddr4
Team group nighthawk 2x8gb ram ddr4
Seasonic plus 650w 80 plus gold modular power supply
teamgroup 120gb ssd
And a trusty 1060 3gb which I want gone

GPU+More RAM? I reckon I should get a bigger ssd too. Do I have a slot to plug in a second? A friend helped me build it. Is the mobo still relevant?

Gaming in 1080p and want to play cyberpunk, hogwarts legacy, starfield, civ 6, hopefully new gta and skyrim.

Budget can go bigger if necessary. Thank you.

Presuming your motherboard is the Gaming 3 then a Ryzen 5600 bios update may be needed , a 6650xt and a 1tb pcie3 m2 drive should cost around £400.

Gigabyte ga-ab350 gaming 3 amd b350 (socket am4) ddr4 atx motherboard.

PC not accessible at the moment.

The SSD is sata 2.5"

Then my advice is spot on for your budget you could up your memory 32gb if you wish but would need to increase you budget slightly.

OC only have in stock a 6650 xt at £300. Would a rx 7600 work with my set up? OC stock one at £250.

The 7600 is slightly faster than the 6650xt but it's looses a small amount of performance on pcie3 platform which your is.

The 7600xt is due in 2 weeks which should push prices down but can you wait ?

Have you upgraded anything yet?

5600, for £120 is a great upgrade .
