Hi my spec is in my sig, GPU really starting to struggle with newer games aka AC4 BF4 Titanfall etc, i only game at 1080p i only have £80-90 to spend, don't mind second hand but no idea what would give best value. I am not bothered AMD/Nvidia

Thanks.

Either up your budget to £110 and get a R7 265 (essentially a HD7850 rebranded), or a 2nd hand 7850 2GB for around £70.

also need a new CPU cooler was thinking about this to cool my i5 http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-035-AR i have a Cooler Master CM-690 II case so not a lot of room for the big coolers i dont think.
I use to have the Thermalright Silver Arrow in my CM-690 II, which is one of the biggest air cooler around...(though it was a tight fit with probably only around 5mm clearance from the panel).

I saw this video (as well as measured the length from the CPU socket to the edge of the case) to make sure I bought the Silver Arrow:
