I have an amd Radeon 5700xt. I’m thinking about buying a 3060, would I see a big difference if I get one or would it be a waste of money?

3070ti would net you roughly 15-30fps gain in most current games based on 1440p/Ultra settings.

It is pointless to upgrade for anything less than a 50% performance gain and personally you are better off thinking about closer to 100%. It is almost never a good idea to upgrade within the same product cycle but you could go for 3070ti and get around 50% uplift or if you want to go AMD the 6900xt is currently £650 with a forum code.

I should say that's over a 3060ti. You'd be looking at 30+ over a 5700XT
