I guess it was just a power saving feature making the voltage/multi jump up and down and was causing an effect in bf3.

I guess it was just a power saving feature making the voltage/multi jump up and down and was causing an effect in bf3.
Maybe i did something and didn't notice when first using CCC after i had built my PC etc. Who knows lol.
