I'm not sure if this is normally but my GPU temps under load are around 67, however I just touched the PCB on my GPU and it's actually burnt my fingers. Should the GPU get this hot or?

I know thats what the actual chip is running at and is a good temp but the PCB shouldn't be so hot it burns my fingers should it?

Okay, just wanted to see if this was "normal" didn't want it burning out. Wish I could afford some good 200mm fans as these corsair ones are extremely loud.

The GPU temperature is all you need to be worried about. And it's fine. I'm not sure that touching your PCB is a valid temperature sanity check :p
