Hi,
I bought a Powercolor Red Devil 5700XT around 2 weeks ago from OcUK, upgrading from a Vega 56.
I was initially getting black screen crashes in Modern Warfare and Hell Let Loose, despite the card being stable in every benchmarks/stress tests I tried attempting to troubleshoot. Various drivers made no difference. However, after doing a fresh install of Win10, removing the CMOS battery and adding in a 2nd PCI-E power cable (I was using one, that splits into two), I have had no further crashes. Hurrah!
However, I have now noticed some graphical issues I can't make sense of. I don't know if its an issue with the graphics card itself, bugs with the games, or something else entirely. I have not experienced any issues with the Vega 56 in comparison.
Hell Let Loose
The game looks worse on the 5700XT than it does on the Vega 56 on the same settings. In the screenshots, I'm hoping you can make out the spotted checkerboard like effect on some of the textures. This is not there when the game is played on the Vega 56. I've zoomed in on the last photo so it is clearer.

Modern Warfare
I've uploaded some videos of the current issue in Modern Warfare, it's during the campaign so *OBLIGATORY SPOILER ALERT* in case you haven't played the campaign! Apologies, it's filmed on my phone as I don't know how to record the game. There is green, but sometimes red glitching on the faces during cutscenes.

Rest of the specs are a Ryzen 2600, Crucial Ballistix 3200 CL16, MSI B450 Mortar, Seasonic Focus 750W 80+ Gold, Noctua DH-14, and I have 5 Artic P12's in a Kolink Citadel case. Monitor is a Dell S2419HGF 144hz 1080p. Everything is running at stock speeds.
According to HWinfo, after an hour playing Modern Warfare the Maximum GPU Temp was 69 Degrees, and the maximum GPU Hotspot Temp was 87 Degrees. Max CPU temp was a spike to 56 Degrees, it is generally below 50 degrees.
So yeah, if anyone can help me troubleshoot/shed some light on what might be going on that would be great.
Thanks for reading!
