The thing that amuses me is, console players sell their games over and over again as used. If this were done via steam or even tied to an account which game will be sold on as second hand time and time again - the console version!

most likely will once they've milked all the sales for consoles, also all other GTA's have a PC release so i dont see a reason why they wouldnt.
