***Grand Theft Auto VI***

Sounds crappy, imo the big studios know they will still sell their game so continue to get away with it. The whole industry has a bit of a problem with the treatment of employees unfortunately.

I would have thought in this case they have some legal grounds here since no one has been given a proper explanation for what they apparently did.

The game which has relied on the same old gameplay loop for decades is all of a sudden going to become groundbreaking ?

Maybe in terms of visuals/the world but im not overly confident in the gameplay or mechanics being groundbreaking
I'm putting my money (not a lot really) on that the NPCs actually have jobs, routines etc. If you kill NPC X who works at Clucking Bell on the corner of 4th and 121st (made that up), that Clucking bell will be short staffed, possibly closed for a funeral. Head to the local cemetery, after reading the local papers Obituary (via phone or actual newspaper you can buy from an newsstand or shop) for a day and time, and you can mow down the congregation. Repeat the whole thing for those 30 NPCs you just killed.

Imagine, construction/cleaners coming to help out at the cemetery after the blood bath. Everyone has a purpose.

Probably a little far fetched but what a ******* game that would be.

Some big words GTA known for being groundbreaking here hoping it good

It will be groundbreaking when your vehicle won't disappear out of the blue, cops won't magically know what you're doing and won't magically spawn all around you. It will also be "groundbreaking" if you can lose cops by changing clothes, vehicles, etc., like Mafia 2 did. 15 years ago ... well, more when GTA6 will actually launch.

Just hype, let's see it launch first.

I think this will be the case for a few aspects of the game. Namely, the world building and realism. I'm basing that on how good RDR2 was at that. GTA6 probably builds on that immensely, and has made an incrediblely believable and interactive open world. The likes of which we haven't seen before.

15-20 years might be a stretch though. Maybe more like 10 years at the most.
