graph card upgrade?

hi guys

thinking of getting a ati x1800xt 256mb card will i see more performace over my 7600 gt 256mb card?

had a x800 pro before and that was near on the same as the 7600gt but my x800 was agp.i am now on pci express

you will see a massive perfomance diffrence over the 7600gt because as you well no the ati 1800 seris is basicaly a high end card with a bang for buck price tag

Yeah should get a good performance boost, x1800 XT is a stonking card, and the price is a steal.

Since you know your 7600GT is about on-par with your old X800 Pro, it might be useful if I mention that I went from an X800 GTO² at higher than X850 XT speeds and my X1800XT walks all over it all day long without breaking a single sweat or stopping for a breath.
