That has 60Hz refresh rate.

A decent Z77 motherboard second hand is about £90, and a second had 770 is about £150. So for £240, you can run 2 770s in SLI, and get a very playable rate on a huge monitor. Your PSU should be able to handle the power draw too. Of course, it is up to you what you are willing to compromise on.
