Ok so i have 2x HD 6870's running atm, the one in the x16 slot is 300mhz core clock and 300mhz memory clock. The one in the x8 slot is 100mhz core clock and 150mhz memory clock, I have them running in crossfire ofc. Can someone please explain to me the problem?

I tried it on fallout 3 and the clocks didn't change for the second card. Tried it on battlefield badcompany 2 here are results.

Yeah probably, I only just ordered the CM Storm Scout case with the psu bundle yesterday. I heard somewhere that both cards go at the lower speed clock of one of the cards, so if it's stuck at 775mhz then it will be lowered performance? I'm trying to get the best out of my build. Because atm my mate got a better bench than me on Lost planet 2 with a GTX 480. So yeah ^^ if theres anything you can find I would greatly appreciate it! :)

Ok just finished up doing that, my newer card The XFX brand still locked at 775mhz. My other 6870 sapphire is at 900mhz. I've been reading around and seen that it could be a new model card and could be a bios bug.

Haha! Good news mate, I did the bios flash. Success!!! It's now running at 900mhz full load! :D Thanks for your help buddy I couldn't of done it without you. :P Gonna go ahead and wack in my other card now ^^
