graphics card - crysis

ok i need a ****ing pci-e graphics card, a good one! want to be able to play all the newest fps and 3rd person games on high graphics levels. and most of all i want to be able to play crysis with it!

i have a c2d e6300 and 2gig geil etc etc.

suggest away plz

Id edit out that disguised sweary, and i wouldn't worry about Crysis as its not due to be released till 2008, plenty of time yet to think about graphics cards for it, as by then loads will have been and gone, even G80/R600 are gona well outdated then, and well surpassed.

Yeah x1950 XT is a stonking card, and will throw everything around you put to it, but i wouldn't know how well it would handle Crysis, no one is going to know that especially when its not due for over a year as said.

Only the x1950 XTX is available in 512mb, but depending on what res your playing at, 512mb wont make much difference.

Crysis not till 2008? What happened, I thought it was due out in 2007!!

x1950xt will be able to run crysis at max details but no AA or AF at 640x480 so its not too shabby a card to go for.

ea delayed crysis to fall under their 2008 financial year but doesn't mean release date of crysis in 2008 lol. it's going to be out in march 2007

its coming out in 2008 i heard ea tried to push it but realized it will be like a bf2 1.3 patch style with big glitches so backed of till 2008
