Graphics card dead ?

Was just playing wow and my screen went black and PC stayed on
and monitor said no signal.

So i switched the pc off at the back and then back on. and im now back on...

its a gigabyte 480 GTX SOC

i Have now opened up the side of the case and none of the 3 fans are spinning
on the card ? but all the led lights on the back of the card are on.

is this an RMA back to OCUK ?

can anyone help

I'm gutted because i was thinking of getting a new one, and tomorrow is friday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

of all the days it breaks.... it breaks on a friday when i cant even get a card on a next day delivery.
Earliest will be monday now !!

OCUK are more than happy to send it away for repair but could take up to 28 days
So i bought a new 560 GTX TI card
