Graphics card error

Over the past week, mainly while playing games such as bf2142, i have been getting this error, usually a black screen, then the message pops up.

Is my card dead? (ati x1600pro 512mb)

Ps. Every time it has happened i have sent the error report.
 
I don't hav much experience with ATi, all I can say is make sure you have the latest drivers for that card.
